After graduating from Tulane University with a BA in Political Science, Kevin went to DePaul University where he earned a MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. From there, Kevin worked at an Atlanta based CPA firm performing general tax work, various accounting procedures and company audits. He then spent more than six years in the Real Estate industry in a variety of financial and accounting positions including Asset Management for Starwood Capital Group and Commercial Whole Loan Underwriting with Lend Lease Real Estate Investments.
In 2004, Kevin began overseeing the many assets of various estates and closely held small business interests. Over the next few years, non-performing investments and businesses were closed or sold, partners were bought out, business disputes were litigated, and new businesses were created. Kevin maintains an ownership interest in a Real Estate rental company where he is responsible for the accounting, finance and tax return components.
Kevin is a member of the American Association of Daily Money Managers (AADMM) and is an active member of the Atlanta community, where he lives with his wife and 2 children. He volunteers at Habitat for Humanity working with perspective homeowners evaluating their credit reports in hopes of helping them qualify for a Habitat Home. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing golf, and traveling.
